How do I access my Album Website? |

You and your friends can access your Album Website at any time via your chosen (or assigned) Internet address (for example, http://my-name.magix.net), which you have to enter via into the address bar of your web browser. |

I can't access my Album Website! |
|
| |
Please make sure you've entered the correct Internet address.
Your system may be infected with a worm which might have changed your browser settings so that no Internet connection can be established. Worms can send themselves automatically to addresses in your address book. Should friends listed in your address book experience the same problem, your system could be infected. Make sure to always have an updated virus scanner installed. |

How do I invite guests to my Album Website? |

In your Online Media Manager click on "Send greetings" and select „Invite guests“. If you already have guests in your address book, click the "To" button and select the guest you want. Otherwise, simply enter the email address of the person you wish to invite into the address bar and click on "Send invitation". |

How do I load photos, videos and music into my album? |
|

In the Online Media Manager click on "Upload media" and select whether you wish to upload photos, videos or music from your computer. In the dialog that follows you can search and upload the desired files from your hard disk. After the file transfer has been successfully completed you can choose if files should be moved to one of your already available albums or to the clipboard for sorting later. |

How do I change the design of my Album Website? |
|

To do this click on "Website design" in your Online Media Manager. Here you can choose from a large selection of categorized design templates. You can also set what you wish to have as the start picture of your Album Website, you can set the greeting text as well as the start view for your photo albums (picture overview or slideshow). |

How can I limit access to particular albums to specific persons? |
|
| |
Here it is required that you already have everyone who belongs to the selected group of people entered into your guest management (you can also assign the necessary passwords here). Now select the required album and click on the activation management button (symbol with the hand to the right above the photo overview). Here select the "User-defined" option and click on "Continue". In the dialog that opens select all the guests from your address book to whom access should be granted. You can also invite these guests to your Album Website at the same time. They will then receive an email with the access codes which must be entered in the "Guest login" section of your Album Website in order to see protected albums. |

How do I and friends of mine order prints of my album photos? |
|
| |
Here, it is required that the albums with the photos that are to be ordered are activated for print orders (standard setting). Select an album and click on "Order prints". The shopping cart now opens into which you can place your desired photos with just one click (small symbol to the top right of the photo). After making your selection click on "Order". The ordering options now open where you can select whether you want to order photo prints or even photo gifts. Now just click on "Order now" and your photos will be sent to the MAGIX Online Print Service. Now just select format and quantity, enter your address and you will receive your album photos to your house in a few days.

My music won't play! |

Make sure that the latest version of Macromedia Flash Player (www.macromedia.com) is installed on your system. Check to see if the volume is loud enough and that the loudspeakers or headphones are connected properly. |

My videos won't play! |
|
| |
WMV (Windows Media Video) is the supported video format of MAGIX Online Album. Make sure that you have the latest version of the Windows Media Players (www.microsoft.com) or other software for playing this file format installed on your system. |

Why can't I load videos into my photo album? |
|
| |
It's not possible to insert different media files into albums. Therefore, you cannot put videos into a photo album (or the other way around) or save music files in a video album. If, in the Media Manager, you wish to move your media into an album with drag & drop, you'll be able to see if it's possible to to do so by observing the cursor symbol (red symbol means that it is not possible, a gray symbol means that it is). |

Why are my photos displayed in the wrong colors? |
|
| |
Please make sure that your photos are saved in RGB mode. Unfortunately, pictures in CMYK mode cannot be displayed correctly. |

Why are my photos compressed? |
|
| |
When you upload your photos to your album using MAGIX software you can specify the quality of your image before uploading. If you wish to have your pictures in original quality in your album, you have to select this option before uploading.
If you upload your photos via the Online Media Manager, the original picture will be loaded. |

Can I view my photos on my Album Website in original quality? |
|
| |
Of course. Simply click on a photo in the overview. The photo will now be displayed in web resolution. To view in the original resolution click on the magnifying glass in the top right menu. |

|

You can delete your free album at any time. All you have to do is log in to http://uk.magix-photos.com and select "Your user data" in the navigation menu. Click on the option "Delete album".
Note: All your photos and music will be lost and your free album will be deleted irrevocably. |

How can I change my user data (email address...)? |

You can simply change your email addresses on http:\\uk.magix-photos.com. Simply log on and click on "Your user data" in the navigation bar. Here you can make changes via "Modify user data". |

How can I terminate my subscription (CLASSIC/PREMIUM)? |
|
| |
The cancellation in written form should be addressed to MAGIX AG, Customer Care, Borsigstr. 24, 32312 Lübbecke, Germany. An email sent to shop@magix-photos.com also suffices.
